1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Dallas Gold & Treasure Buyers purchases gold, silver, platinum, coins, bullion, and related precious items. All offers are subject to evaluation and are not final until agreed upon by both parties.

3. No-Obligation Evaluations

All evaluations are free and carry no obligation to sell. You may decline any offer at any time before agreeing to a transaction. Once a transaction is agreed upon and payment is made, it is considered final.

4. Payment

Accepted payment methods are communicated at time of transaction. Same-day cash payment is available for in-store transactions. Mail-in transactions are paid via check, bank wire, or Zelle.

5. Item Authenticity

By selling items to us, you represent that you are the legal owner of those items or have authority to sell them, and that the items are not stolen or otherwise encumbered.

6. Mail-In Service

Items shipped to us are insured during transit. We are not responsible for items damaged due to improper packaging by the seller. All mail-in terms are subject to our current Mail-In Service Agreement provided with your shipping kit.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the agreed purchase price of items. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
